We’re excited to announce that Tram Pham has recently accepted a new role of Client Services Manager!

Tram, who commenced with PBS in August 2021, has proven to be an integral part of our PBS family and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the business and our clients.

Leanne Willshire will be stepping back from this role to invest time in other areas of the business. There is a transition plan currently underway with the expectation that Leanne will have fully stepped back from this role by mid-November.
